WHAT IS YOUR MISSION FOR YEAR 2010 ?

Hi everyone... hope you guys live in peaceful and motivational environment... our topic for today is about our personal mission for incoming next year 2010... we are going to use SMARTER goals as a guide in writting our mission or goals for next year..

S - SPECIFIC [SIGNIFICANT-SIMPLE]

M- MEASURABLE [MEANINGFUL-MOTIVATIONAL-MANAGEABLE]

A - ATTAINABLE [ACHIVABLE-ACTION ORIENTED]

R - RELEVANT [REALISTIC]

T - TIME BOUND [TIME FRAME]

E - EVALUATE [EXCITABLE-ETHICAL]

R - REEVALUATE [REWARDED-REVISIT]

SPECIFIC

WHAT? - What is your mission for next year 2010? eitheir personal, career, business, relationship, networks, other achivements.

WHY? - What is the reasons? why do want it? you can find it deep inside your heart. a liltle sound that pushing you forward to make your move.

MEASUREABLE
Your mission/aim/target should be measurable. For example "i want to read 3books in a month", "i want to buy a house, rent and receive a passive income from it".

ATTAINABLE

"A goal needs to stretch you slightly so you can feel you can do it and you will need a real commitment from you."

Your goal cannot be too much bigger in a shorter time frame. For example, you want yo become millionaire in one year without having nothing to start of. I'm not saying that it is impossible, but we have to set a goal that is realistic and achiveable while giving ourself time to gain the experience and learn the knowledge and skills that make it possible. " it's not the money is important, the knowledge and experience along the way of process of making money is far more important". Its develop you the internal of you and make you more confident to move forwards.

RELEVANT

What is the purpose of your mission for year 2010? Does the mission support your purpose of your life? does it give an positive impact on you internal and externally? And don't forget to set your mission high enough if you want a great satisfaction. A goal just needs to be bigger than yourself then you can worked out towards it.

TIME BOUND

Put a date line to each of your mission. The dateline give a clearview of what you should do and and awaken you when you moving towards the border. A date line such as next week, end of month, by 31 december 2010 and etc.

EVALUATE

After you have finish or complete your works or your dreams you can evaluate the results and you also can writr down what you feel, experience or any improvements you can do about it. Maybe you should upgrade it and make it more better than before. You also can feel either this mission has given you enough experince that you had expected from it.

RE-EVALUATE

After you have achive your dream, evaluate it and then share it with your love ones.
Maybe your love have their experience and thought to share with you. And after all of that, set your next goal and move towards it. And last words from me, HAPPY NEW YEAR and dont forget to set your goals and go for it.
